Donna L. Harris
One of the founding members of the firm, Ms. Harris focuses her practice in bankruptcy litigation and debtor and creditor rights. She also practices in the area of general civil litigation. She is a member of the Delaware Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with the law firms of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Cross & Simon, LLC in Wilmington, Delaware, and with Schmittinger & Rodriquez, P.A. in Dover, Delaware. Ms. Harris began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable James T. Vaughn, Jr. of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey in 1993 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1998.

Ms. Harris served as a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and has authored an article on the subject of estate law for the Delaware Law Review. She is also a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court, and the Delaware Chapter of IWIRC.
