Gregory T. Donilon
Greg is a member of the firm and focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. He has been involved in bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of national and international clients, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official committees, plan trustees and equity holders. In addition, Greg has represented clients in various bankruptcy-related litigation matters, including preference, fraudulent transfer and turnover actions in Delaware, as well as in other jurisdictions. Before joining Pinckney, Harris & Weidinger, LLC in September 2011, Greg was associated with the law firm of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The American University, Washington College of Law, where he served as a member of the American University Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Greg is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court and the Turnaround Management Association. He is also affiliated with the American Bankruptcy Institute, where he is a member of the Asset Sales Committee and serves as a Volo appellate opinion summary editor.
