Patricia R. UhlenbrockIn her corporate, commercial, and fiduciary litigation practice, Ms. Uhlenbrock focuses on individual, class, and derivative actions involving a broad range of substantive issues, including actions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. She has represented business organizations, including alternative entities such as limited liability companies and limited partnerships, in corporate governance, employment, fiduciary, appraisal, and contract matters. She is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Uhlenbrock joined the firm from Morris James, LLP, where she was a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation practice group. Prior to that, she was an associate at the firm of Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell. She began her legal career as a Josiah Oliver Wolcott law clerk to the Honorable E. Norman Veasey, then Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2000. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Uhlenbrock is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court and serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem for Delaware's Office of the Child Advocate. Ms. Uhlenbrock also serves as a director and Secretary of Survivors of Abuse in Recovery, Inc. (SOAR).
